Incidents & Accidents Investigator - HSQE (M/F)

Within the HSQE Department, the Incidents and Accidents Investigator contributes to the continuous improvement of Eurotunnel's safety by conducting in-depth investigations into incidents and accidents at French and British sites. Working in connection with all departments, they identify root causes, support risk management, and participate in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main missions:

• Conduct or coordinate investigations relating to incidents and accidents in order to identify root causes and propose improvement actions
• Guarantee the performance of rigorous, impartial investigations in compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
• Write and present clear investigation reports, including findings, analyses, and risk management recommendations
• Ensure the complete management of assigned investigations, from opening to closure, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
• Utilize investigation data to identify trends, share feedback from experience, and contribute to risk prevention
• Support operational teams in conducting, monitoring, and improving investigation practices at French and British sites
• Participate in the development of Eurotunnel's investigation framework and contribute to investigator training to strengthen safety culture and organizational learning

Profile & skills:

• Bac + 2/3 in HSE, or equivalent training in the field of health and safety, or engineering
• Proven experience in accident and/or incident investigations, preferably with a good understanding of railway and/or road safety
• Skills in analysis, investigation, problem-solving, and communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• English level B1 minimum
• Driving license (Permis B)
