Receptionist / Guard

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking an employee for Security, Secretarial services, and outdoor tasks, for permanent employment in Marousi. Tasks: Maintenance of reception control procedures for visitors, customers, suppliers, and staff at the workplace. Care for the prevention, limitation, and deterrence of any illegal action.

Continuous supervision and inspection of the area of responsibility, in cooperation with a security company.

Informing supervisors and managing emergency incidents.

Maintenance of rules and procedures regarding security and continuous supervision of their compliance by the staff.

Contribution to the smooth operation of the facility. Requirements High School graduate. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Seriousness, firmness in order to inspire trust and respect. Professional ethics and discretion. Observational skills. Proactivity and diligence for the best exercise of duties. Knowledge of English. Driving license. Recommendations from previous employers are necessary.
