🎯 Your roadmap:
Committed to an ambitious corporate strategy, EUROFEU is a dynamic and fast-growing group. In order to support its evolution, the Purchasing Department is looking for its Industrial Subcontracting Buyer. Reporting to the Purchasing Director and integrated within a team of buyers and planners, you will work on a generalist aspect of purchasing, through the following missions:
Define the strategy, objectives, and procedures of the category. You will incorporate it into a continuous improvement approach.
Conduct negotiations for industrial subcontracting agreements, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will ensure their proper application by the selected suppliers.
Provide a support and animation role for your category within the network of Buyers in subsidiaries. This includes defining and implementing best practices and homogenizing methods.
Lead the subcontracting category steering committee with the business departments. To do this, you will define and monitor KPIs, manage the project pipe, and follow up on actions.
Ensure the interface between suppliers, the various subsidiaries of the group, production, marketing, and research and development.
Monitor the achievement of commercial objectives.
👤 What we would appreciate in you:
With higher education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or industrial engineering, you have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Purchasing acquired in an industrial environment. You master common office tools (Pack Office) and are comfortable with data processing via an ERP. Your level of English allows you to communicate with various external interlocutors. Beyond your technical skills, you are driven by customer satisfaction and by challenges, in a context of strong group growth. You are recognized for your interpersonal, writing, and organizational skills (method, rigor, and priority management).
💼 What we offer you
Contract: CDI - Full time
Work location: Senonches (28) Eure-et-Loir Department – City located in the Perche regional park, classified Natura 2000 and located 35 minutes from Chartres, Dreux, and Nogent le Rotrou.
Senonches is not served by public transport. Start date: As soon as possible
Status: Assimilated cadres
Working hours: 39h/week - Monday to Friday
Remuneration: Between 35 and 38K€ gross annual, depending on profile and candidate experience
Other employment conditions: Mutuelle/Prévoyance, Profit sharing, CSE benefits, Restaurant voucher card, Laptop, 1 day of teleworking/week possible after the trial period.
