- Monitor strategic market indicators, such as CFR prices, NPK, and agricultural commodities, assessing their impacts on the business;
- Prepare market analyses, projections, and short, medium, and long-term scenarios to support decision-making for the Commercial, Planning, Pricing areas, and leadership;
- Develop and update management reports, dashboards, and market indicators, ensuring the reliability and availability of information;
- Consolidate information from specialized consultancies, databases, and market sources, transforming data into strategic analyses and recommendations;
- Conduct studies on fertilizer supply and demand, consumption behavior, market share, seasonality, and competitive dynamics;
- Support the definition of commercial strategies through analyses of prices, competitiveness, market positioning, and business opportunities;
- Build models and analyses for the projection of market, consumption, imports, exports, and movements of the main products in the portfolio;
- Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for internal meetings, planning forums, and leadership;
- Maintain constant interface with local and global teams, ensuring alignment of information, methodologies, and assumptions used in market analyses.
Requirements and qualifications
- Completed degree in Administration, Agronomy, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
