Assistant Distribution Planner - Apprenticeship September 2026

Within the Commercial Management department of the Etam brand, reporting to the France Commercial Management Manager, you will work on the following missions: Supply and stock management

• Ensure the supply of a product portfolio across the French network, based on performance and by anticipating activity peaks.
• Work in partnership with the warehouse on regulating stock outflows, in order to guarantee the fluidity of logistical activity and avoid congestion in stores.

Commercial steering and performance analysis

• Work in a duo with Sales Directors and their Regional Directors on stock management, commercial monitoring, and the analysis of KPIs and product lines in stores, with the aim of optimizing the results of the stores assigned to you.
• Perform performance analyses on a France-wide network scale to inform and optimize the brand's commercial strategy.

Cross-functional coordination

• In relation with the Purchasing, Marketing, and Merchandising departments, ensure the proper implementation of new products in stores as well as the monitoring of product highlights and marketing operations.

Continuous improvement

• Be proactive and participate in projects to optimize the management tools of the department and the stores.

Profile You wish to join the leading lingerie brand in France and evolve in a creative and innovative environment. You have higher education from a business school or university at a Bac +5 level in commercial management and/or supply chain, and you are looking for a responsibility-driven apprenticeship. You have a taste for numbers and a strong capacity for analysis. You are recognized for your dynamism, reactivity, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills: you enjoy working in teams and cross-functionally. You master Excel, and your English level is professional. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. You are looking for an apprenticeship starting in September 2026. Given the activity of the department, we would prefer a rhythm of: 2 days school / 3 days company or 1 day school / 4 days company
