Who are we? In the Erzbistum München und Freising, around 18,000 people work in pastoral care, administration, as well as in social institutions and educational facilities. The Erzbischöfliche Ordinariat München performs the tasks of the diocesan administration on behalf of the Erzbischof von München und Freising.
What awaits you?
- Office organization: Organizing and controlling internal and external workflows, e.g., handling general correspondence, telephone service, appointment coordination, coordination of business trips
- administrative tasks, e.g., processing and maintaining business cases in the document management system
- Organization of meetings and events (e.g., Prayer Week for Unity, Peace Prayer of Religions)
- Support in the conception, coordination, and implementation of projects (newsletter, database maintenance, Lernraum)
- Accompanying the allocation of grants (advising applicants, checking applications and deadlines, close coordination with department heads and other responsible bodies)
- Support in the planning and implementation of concepts in public relations and actions of the departments and specialist areas
- Proofreading and editing of publications and lectures.

What do you bring with you?
- completed commercial training and relevant professional experience
- specific training in the secretarial field or in office communication
- very good IT skills (especially Office, SAP, VIS)
- confident written and oral communication skills
- English skills in speaking and writing for cooperation in an international context and for proofreading work
- identification with the goals and values of the Catholic Church.
