Process Engineer, ICEN Department

1. Control and oversee product quality in the production process, including monitoring Yield values.
2. Analyze and resolve problems in the production process using data and Statistical Analysis to find the Root Cause and prevent recurrence.
3. Develop and improve production processes to increase efficiency.
4. Summarize and report on production status, improvements, analysis, and solutions on a weekly basis.
5. Analyze causes and resolve problems in the production process to ensure products can be delivered as scheduled.
6. Implement Yield Improvement / QF Cost activities according to company policy.
7. Coordinate regarding New Model, New Machine, Improvement, Claim, and Shipment.
8. Support the production line to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields. New Graduates are welcome. Experience in Semiconductor or Data Analysis will be given special consideration. Have a foundation in Testing & Measurement and the ability to use measuring instruments. Able to use Excel to analyze data such as Trend, Yield, Average, and Statistical Data. Possess Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and find the Root Cause systematically. Knowledge of Python, SQL, Excel VBA, or other Programming will be given special consideration. English language skills and Technical Communication skills; able to read Technical Documents and communicate engineering information. No age limit, no gender limit. Work Monday - Friday (08.00-17.00)
