Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, or related fields
- Knowledge of import customs formalities and customs laws
- Understanding of Import Shipment documents and Customs Clearance processes
- Able to use computer systems and office programs such as Excel, Word, Email, and other office software
- Coordination and communication skills with customers
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- High attention to detail, as the work involves documents, taxes, and cargo release deadlines
- Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Customs Broker / Import-Export will be specially considered
- Service-minded, good interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude toward customers
- Able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Teamwork skills, able to coordinate and work effectively with the team and relevant departments to achieve organizational goals
- English proficiency at a functional level, especially for reading documents and coordination
