Your tasks:

• You check, code, and post relevant business transactions with a focus on accounts payable management
• You check and post travel expense reports
• You resolve invoice discrepancies and perform account reconciliations
• You process reminders and follow up on open items
• You communicate with suppliers as well as internal specialist departments and work cooperatively with them
• You assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements

What you bring:

• You have completed commercial vocational training or a completed Bachelor's degree
• Ideally, you bring initial professional experience in the field of accounting
• You are characterized by a high affinity for IT and are proficient in using common MS-Office applications
• Knowledge of using common ERP software is an advantage
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably
• You impress with a hands-on mentality and tackle tasks independently
• A strong service orientation as well as good communication and teamwork skills round off your profile
• You have good written and spoken English skills
