Sales Coordinator

Marina Bahía Golfito is a high-level development that combines nautical services, residences, and lifestyle amenities. We are looking for an organized, proactive person with excellent customer service skills to support our commercial team.

You will be responsible for handling inquiries from potential clients in Spanish and English, accompanying visits to the project, registering and following up on prospects in the CRM and databases, among other functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, commercial assistance, or customer service, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or luxury products.
• Advanced English (spoken and written), indispensable.
• Availability to work on-site in Golfito.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM.
• Knowledge of the Costa Rica real estate market and foreign buyers (desirable).
• Interest or experience in the nautical world, marinas, or yachts (desirable).
• Valid driver's license (desirable).
