You are responsible for monitoring and organizing the entire construction process – from road, civil, and foundation engineering to plant construction – and coordinate experts, surveyors, and other external specialist partners You manage complex construction projects independently You ensure the coordination of all trades involved in construction as well as coordination with internal specialist departments, planners, and external partners throughout all project phases You plan construction processes and construction schedules, coordinate compliance with official requirements, and are responsible for correspondence with authorities, subcontractors, and other project participants The organization, monitoring, and quality assurance of the construction execution – including occupational safety, inspections, rework, invoice verification, and documentation – is within your area of responsibility You derive recommendations for action for project and construction decisions and ensure the safe, economical, and timely implementation of the construction projects

You have a completed degree in Bauingenieurwesen or a comparable qualification as a Meister, Techniker, or engineer in the field of construction, project management, or construction supervision You bring several years of professional experience in construction management, ideally with a focus on Tiefbau, Hochbau, or Anlagenbau Sound knowledge of the essential trades in Tiefbau and Hochbau as well as experience in managing complex construction processes distinguish you The coordination of different trades, subcontractors, and external service providers is part of your established area of responsibility You implement knowledge of occupational safety as well as a confident handling of the relevant regulations and requirements on construction sites in practice Assertiveness, organizational strength, sense of responsibility, as well as good English skills and confident handling of MS Office round off your profile
