At Coforge, we are looking for a Semi Senior Business Analyst (#22267) with the following profile.

Main responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business processes related to transformation and technological migration initiatives.

Identify and analyze functional, operational, and technological impacts on business processes.

Facilitate working sessions between business areas and technology teams.

Manage and document functional requirements, findings, and agreements reached during project stages.

Coordinate with architecture, development, QA, and business teams to ensure requirement alignment.

Follow up on initiatives, risks, and impacts through management tools.

Actively participate in agile ceremonies and planning events.

Contribute to the early identification of operational risks and improvement opportunities.

Ensure correct communication between internal stakeholders and provider teams.

Indispensable requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial sector.

Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes.

Knowledge and experience in process modeling using BPMN, Bizagi, or Draw.io.

Experience in managing and following up on initiatives through Jira and Confluence.

Knowledge of collaborative tools and workshop facilitation using Mural.

Experience working under Scrum agile methodologies.

Experience participating in ceremonies and events under SAFe frameworks.

Functional knowledge of immediate payments and Transferencias Interbancarias.

Experience in initiatives related to payment ecosystems and transactional platforms.

High analytical capacity, organization, and stakeholder management.

Ability to document functional requirements and anticipate operational risks.

English level A1.

Desirable requirements

Experience in migration projects toward SaaS solutions.

Knowledge of the Cámara de Compensación Electrónica (CCE) ecosystem.

Experience participating in digital transformation programs.

Knowledge of additional project management tools such as Trello.

Experience coordinating with external technological providers.
