Your tasks – versatile & strategic

• Disciplinary and functional leadership as well as further development of the Leasing organizational unit with approx. 38 employees
• Promotion of a cooperative, appreciative team culture as well as support for professional and personal development through regular feedback, development, and qualification discussions
• Planning and controlling personnel deployment and workload to ensure efficient work organization
• Ensuring goal achievement as well as responsibility for compliance with cost, deadline, and quality specifications
• Conducting economic, profitability, and risk analyses as well as participating in the strategic and operational further development of the department
• Responsibility for the management of personnel and material resources as well as participation in budget decisions
• Preparation of reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases to support the division management
• Ensuring clear and open communication as well as close cooperation with internal and external interfaces
• Identification of optimization potential and active further development of processes and structures
• Promotion of sustainable working methods as well as consideration of diversity, company values, and sustainability in everyday work
• Functional management of the areas Team Management Leasing, Assistance, Administration, Key Account Management, as well as Residential Leasing

Your profile – analytical & curious

• Successfully completed degree in real estate management
• Several years of professional experience in the leasing of apartments in the areas of student housing, temporary living, as well as classic residential living
• Leadership experience as well as experience in Key Account Management
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as the regional real estate market in Berlin
