Your tasks

• Taking responsibility: Together with the current Head of Fleet Management, you will gradually take over responsibility for the team, processes, and strategy as part of a structured development plan, with the clear goal of taking on overall responsibility for the department.
• Advising management: You are a sparring partner for management and specialist departments on all strategic questions regarding the fleet.
• Managing partners: You are responsible for interface management with leasing companies, vehicle manufacturers, workshops, insurance companies, as well as our corporate headquarters in France, and you will continuously develop this cooperation.
• Accompanying employees: As a technical contact person, you support your team, provide orientation, and promote constructive cooperation.
• Driving projects forward: You will independently implement new mobility concepts, digitalization projects, and process improvements.
• Analyzing key figures: Based on relevant KPIs, you will derive optimization potential and implement it sustainably.

Your profile

• Degree: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in fleet or fleet management as well as a good understanding of economic contexts.
• Leadership potential: Ideally, you have already accompanied a team technically or disciplinarily or want to take the next step towards leadership now.
• Strategic and analytical competence: You recognize complex relationships, work in a data-driven manner, and derive sustainable optimization potential.
• Communication and organizational strength: You convince different contact persons – also in an international environment – with a confident appearance, maintain an overview, and have very good written and spoken English skills.
• Will to shape: Changes and innovations motivate you – you want to take on responsibility and actively develop fleet management further.
