Your Profile:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Further training in the field of financial accounting
• Several years of relevant professional experience in finance and accounting
• Proficient use of MS-Office, ERP, and common FiBu programs (preferably Diamant)
• Very good knowledge of preparing financial statements according to HGB
• Good knowledge of tax law
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Discretion, reliability, and a sense of responsibility

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the proper processing of financial and fixed asset accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB, including reporting
• Preparation of domestic and international VAT advance notifications
• Control and further development of accounting processes within the company
• Contact person (m/f/d) for auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments
• Active participation in day-to-day business, e.g., postings, account reconciliations, and preparation of closings
• Creation of evaluations, reportings, and analyses for management
• Review and approval of payment runs as well as monitoring cash flow
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of the accounting team
• Execution of payroll accounting
