Reservations Agent – Tourist Accommodations

Elegant Suite, a tourist accommodation management company in Athens, is looking for a new member for the Reservations & Guest Service Team. The position concerns full-time, morning, five-day employment, with 100% remote work and a mandatory base in Athens. Basic responsibilities: Management of reservations via Airbnb, Booking.com and other platforms Daily communication with guests before and during their stay Management of requests, changes, and arising issues Monitoring arrivals and departures Coordination with other departments of the company Immediate and professional handling of matters related to reservations and guest stays Required Qualifications: Mandatory previous experience in a similar reservations, hospitality, or tourism position Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken Experience in using Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar platforms Very good use of PC and online applications Excellent communication skills and professional written language Organization, consistency, and attention to detail Ability to simultaneously manage multiple reservations and requests Composure and effective management of demanding incidents Base in Athens Benefits: Full and legal employment
