Your tasks
As part of the role
- Collection, analysis, and establishment of databases, building reports, presentations, and management deliverables
- Routine work with information systems and Microsoft 365 applications, alongside characterization and implementation of advanced tools and systems
- Management and monitoring of cross-organizational projects and processes against diverse interfaces in divisions and headquarters
- Support for strategic procurement activity, tactical purchasing, and issuing orders
- Leading automation processes and integrating AI tools to improve procurement and supply chain processes
- Analysis of business information and generating insights for decision-making and supporting department policy
- Working with ERP systems, BI tools, and task and project management systems
- Leading horizontal tasks, monitoring statuses, and supporting departmental workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics / Information Systems or another relevant field
- PMI/PMP certification and training in the field of Artificial Intelligence - an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in project management and business processes
- Experience working in an operational or business environment with multiple interfaces
- Full command of BI systems, high proficiency in Excel within Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, Qlik Sense, Canva
- Experience with project and task management systems (Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com) CRM/SRM
- Experience with AI tools (knowledge of Copilot / Copilot Studio) - an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Creative thinking and problem-solving, high level of written and oral communication (reports, presentations, manuals, training)
- High analytical ability, independent work, leading interfaces, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Very good level of English
