Innovation and Expert Projects Coordinator, Business Support Specialists, Project Managers

Do you enjoy managing projects from the first idea to the final solution? At EGO Zlín, we develop medical devices and equipment for paramedics, firefighters, the army, and crisis situations worldwide. We are looking for a project manager for our team who will bridge the needs of customers, development, sales, and marketing, and help translate new ideas into practice.

What will be your work You will become the connecting link between the customer and the development team. You will:

• coordinate development and innovation projects,
• collaborate with the technical department when solving for new products,
• collaborate with the sales team when preparing new solutions,
• collect feedback from customers and translate it into specific requirements,
• coordinate individual project steps from design to market launch,
• present projects to customers and partners,
• participate in the marketing strategy of new products.

Who we are looking for We are looking for a person who:

• can manage multiple projects simultaneously,
• has technical or marketing thinking,
• enjoys communicating with people,
• knows how to look for solutions instead of problems,
• is not afraid to take responsibility,
• can communicate in English.

Experience with project management, product development, or medical devices is an advantage.
