We are looking for a Technical Property Manager as a parental leave substitute Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy is seeking a technical property manager for a fixed-term employment to substitute for parental leave.

The Technical Property Manager is responsible for the maintenance planning and monitoring of their assigned properties, cost management, tendering of small purchases, as well as the supervision of maintenance and repair measures. The role involves close cooperation with residents, maintenance companies, and other stakeholders.

Larger repair measures for the apartments are carried out by hourly contractors, whose execution the technical property manager directs and supervises.

The role includes daily routines, such as processing invoices using the Basware program and making orders and processing fault reports using the Tampuuri program.

What we expect from you education in the construction or LVIS field and/or experience in real estate or property maintenance roles an independent and responsible work attitude good interaction and cooperation skills fluent IT skills and readiness to use various information systems sufficient English language skills
