Parts / Spare Parts Planner Antofagasta

ECR GROUP, a leader in the provision of Human Resources services, is looking for a Spare Parts Planner for an important client located in the city of Antofagasta.

Job Purpose: Manage the supply, forecasting, and sale of spare parts, guaranteeing customer service, inventory control, and follow-up of critical orders (Machine Down).

Main Functions:

• Participate in periodic follow-up and order management meetings.
• Monitoring and follow-up of critical orders (Machine Down) in the logistics chain.
• Analysis of historical demand and inventory management (reorder points, safety stock).
• Purchasing and supplier management (purchase orders, follow-up).
• Control of work orders (WO) and sales orders (OV) in ERP BAAN and client platforms (e.g., ARIBA).
• Measurement and control of management KPIs (Stock Turn, DIFOT, Fill Rate).
• Participation in the preparation of instructions and procedures for the area.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Supply Chain Engineering or related.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar positions in sales, spare parts management, or services.
• Technical Knowledge: Handling of technical catalogs and manuals, inventory and spare parts control.
• Systems/Tools: Intermediate/advanced Office Package, ERP (BAAN, LISA, SAP, etc), Power BI, basic level of technical English.

Conditions

• Monthly net salary: $1.284.759
• Schedule: 5x2. Hours: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 hours; Friday from 08:00 to 16:30 hours.
• Employment contract.
