MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise the operation of the Food and Beverage areas, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Coordinate the correct attention to guests and customers.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Food and Beverage service team.
• Supervise the service and setup in the various points of sale within the area.
• Ensure compliance with service standards, presentation, and BPM management.
• Control inventories of supplies, chinaware, glassware, and area materials.
• Train and guide staff, fostering continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in restaurants and hospitality, in the Food and Beverage area, including service and management of banquets and events.
• Conversational English is indispensable.
• Knowledge of etiquette and protocol in service.
• Leadership, organization, and team coordination skills.
• Excellent service attitude and customer orientation.
• Reside in Tababela or nearby sectors, or have own mobility.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts.
