What are we looking for in you?

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in on-site and remote technical support.

Technical knowledge:

• Diagnosis and repair of hardware and software failures in computer equipment and printers.
• Advanced knowledge in Operating Systems (Windows, Mac/Linux desirable).
• Network management and configuration (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Solid fundamentals of information security.

Interpersonal skills:

• Effective communication and cordial treatment with users.
• Proactive attitude, meticulous focus, and high capacity to resolve complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and work in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly when faced with new technologies.

Academic background:

• Bachelor's/Engineering in Informática, Sistemas, or related (Graduated, intern, or incomplete).
• Having relevant technological certifications will be considered a great plus!

Location:

• It is an indispensable requirement to reside in Boca del Río, Veracruz (or adjacent conurbated areas with high mobility availability), as the position requires regional attention.

Availability:

• On-site work in regular office hours and availability for regional travel.
