We are looking for an Expert Employment Contract Services (m/w/d) at the earliest possible date

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for your own employee area within one or more divisions, as well as substitution responsibility for the areas of other colleagues
• Creation of employment contract documents, certificates, and hearing forms for the co-determination bodies
• Optimization of transactional HR processes along the entire Employee Lifecycle (e.g., On-/Offboarding, Contracting, Learning, Personnel Administration, Comp & Ben, Mobility, etc.)
• Further development and use of various IT systems in the area of Process an People Services, such as ticket systems, Document Management Systems, Digital Personnel File, Master Data Tool, Power BI, Microsoft Office 365
• Compliance with and development of defined SLAs and KPIs for your own area
• Ensuring and further developing the service experience for employees and managers – with a focus on quality, speed, and user-friendliness. If necessary, handling complex HR cases and escalations in 2nd-level support
• Participation in projects in the areas of digitalization, automation, and service transformation
• Advising stakeholders on processes, standards, and guidelines within the P&O service portfolio

Your Profile

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training; alternatively, a successfully completed degree
• Initial professional experience in human resources; if applicable, also through relevant internships, working student positions, or similar
• Basic knowledge of essential, relevant labor law provisions (laws, collective agreements)
• Understanding of procedural thinking and working
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Diligent way of working and confidentiality
• Basic knowledge of English
