For our branch in Bamberg, in the Automotive Land Transport area, we are looking for a Customer Invoicing Clerk/ Billing Assistant (m/f/d) for the Complex Solution Center CSCplus Bamberg, effective immediately.

Your Activities

• Independent billing of all shipments for our customers via forwarding systems/ billing systems
• Checking freight documents as well as recorded shipments/ receipts for correctness and completeness
• Consideration of customer requirements
• Ensuring internal process and quality requirements
• Creating invoices/ booking documents
• Monthly result determination/ monthly closing (accruals and forecasting)
• Creating data reconciliations in Excel
• Maintaining statistics
• Complaint processing

Your Profile

• Training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or comparable commercial training (m/f/d)
• Very good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• High level of commitment, independent and responsible way of working, as well as analytical thinking skills
• Good understanding of numbers
• Commitment, teamwork, communication, and quick comprehension
• Good practical English skills in spoken and written form
