Do you maintain an overview even in a dynamic logistics environment and enjoy solving challenges independently? Then strengthen our team in Leipzig as a Freight Forwarder Assistant / Deviation Management Clerk (m/f/d) and actively contribute to efficient and customer-oriented transport processing.

In the course of the merger of DSV and Schenker, your employment will be with Schenker Deutschland AG.

Your Tasks:

• Shipment monitoring and clearing
• Processing the dispatch list and warehouse inventory
• Deviation management for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Local area unloading list processing
• Creation of freight documents

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or comparable qualification
• Initial experience in dispatch, transport logistics or a groupage network is an advantage
• High level of commitment, organizational skills and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness and team spirit
• Variable working hours
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding working, driving and rest times
• Good English skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of MS Office
