Your Tasks:
- You maintain, check, and update data in our systems.
- You process and monitor Track-&-Trace processes.
- You control calibration and transport invoices and maintain the relevant data in SAP.
- You evaluate key figures and support the creation of reports and analyses.
- You document deviations and pass on relevant information.
- You support administrative tasks in daily operations.
- You participate in the optimization of processes and workflows.
- You work closely with the specialist departments, operations management, and quality management.
- You ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and 5S standards.
Your Profile:
- You have completed commercial vocational training.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in logistics, warehousing, or Supply Chain Management.
- You possess very good MS-Office skills, especially in Excel.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- You have a strong understanding of numbers as well as analytical thinking skills.
- You are interested in key figures, evaluations, and process analyses.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a sense of responsibility.
- You convince through teamwork and strong communication skills.
- You have good English skills, both written and spoken.
- You are flexible and willing to work shifts and overtime.
