Do you enjoy working in logistics and do you easily take the lead? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Employee Operations in Vijfhuizen. You will work on the shop floor, guide colleagues, and ensure that our operation runs safely and efficiently. Together, you will ensure that thousands of packages are processed on time every day.

Where will you be working? You will work in a dynamic logistical environment and be part of a team of employees, senior employees, and team leaders. Within our 24/7 operation, you will work in a full continuous shift pattern. During an introduction, we will discuss which shifts suit you best. Examples of shifts are: 00:00 - 08:30 (Inbound)

23:00 - 07:30 (Inbound)

07:00 - 15:30 (Day shift)

14:00 - 22:30 (Outbound / Support)

14:30 - 23:00 (Outbound)

16:00 - 00:30 (Shop2Shop)

What will you do? As Senior Employee Operations, you will guide colleagues on the shop floor and support the Teamleader Operations with the daily operation. Guiding and supporting colleagues.

Monitoring progress, quality, and safety.

Identifying and solving bottlenecks.

Onboarding new colleagues.

Being the point of contact for colleagues and drivers.

Supporting or replacing the Teamleader Operations.

What do we offer you? A salary between € 2,517.12 and € 3,574.03 gross per month, depending on knowledge and experience.

A position of 38.75 (1 fte) hours per week.

A favorable ORT (irregularity allowance) 30% between 20:00 and 24:00;

45% between 00:00 and 06:00;

50% on Saturdays and Sundays;

100% on public holidays;
