Logistics Planner (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Processing of transport orders
• International correspondence with business partners and customers
• Optimization of transport processes for cost minimization
• Participation in specific special projects
• Appointment coordination
• Monitoring of loading dates
• Ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with regulations

Your qualifications:

• Completed training in the field of logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar specialization
• Professional experience in the dispatching of transports, preferably in an international environment
• Good knowledge in the application of transport management software and MS Office
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills when dealing with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
• Resilience and efficient working under pressure
• Understanding of logistical workflows and processes as well as the ability for continuous optimization
• Good English skills
