Specialist Process Optimization & Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Identifying opportunities for improvement along the entire supply chain as well as implementing more efficient processes in areas such as goods flow, warehousing, transport, and inventory management
• Analysis of existing logistics processes and continuous further development
• Establishment and further development of transparent key performance indicator systems (KPIs)
• Development and introduction of new approaches for transport, storage, and distribution to increase efficiency
• Close coordination with adjacent areas such as Purchasing, Production, Quality, and IT to ensure smooth processes
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and operational requirements, including in the areas of occupational safety, aviation security, and ESG

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies, for example, in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and Logistics, or comparable disciplines
• Relevant professional experience in process optimization / Lean Management as well as knowledge in the application of relevant methods and tools
• Very good proficiency with the MS Office package as well as ERP software, e.g., SAP
• Proficient English skills in speaking and writing required
