Event & Customer Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Consulting and supporting corporate and private clients
• Planning, organization, and preparation of offers for customer events
• Professional accompaniment and quality control of planned events
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Creation of offers
• Coordination and alignment regarding individual customer wishes

Your qualifications:

• Training in hotel management, gastronomy, or event management
• Relevant professional experience in hotel management/gastronomy, ideally banquet, event organization, or restaurant management
• Experience in professional customer consulting
• Confident appearance even towards demanding corporate clients
• Good English skills
• Organizational talent, service orientation, and quality awareness
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Driving license class B
