Dispatcher (m/f/d) Local Transport

Your tasks:

• Route dispatching for delivery and collection, taking into account legal and contractual requirements as well as economic utilization
• Acting as a competent contact person for the transport companies' drivers
• Monitoring and controlling proper, quality-compliant processing as well as relevant key figures within your area of responsibility
• Alignment and coordination of daily processes with all interface departments

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training, preferably as Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d)
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications
• Independent, structured way of working as well as strong teamwork skills and flexibility
• Very good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a shift model (00:00–09:00 / 08:00–17:00)
