Our customer is looking for you as a dedicated Import Clerk (m/f/d), who professionally manages and optimizes import processes with organizational talent, expertise, and reliability. The present position is to be filled within the framework of direct placement / within the framework of personnel placement.

Import Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• As an Import Clerk, you create and check customs declarations and import documents in accordance with legal regulations
• You check delivery papers, invoices, and certificates of origin for correctness and completeness
• As an Import Clerk, you are in close exchange with freight forwarders and ensure smooth import processing
• You monitor international regulations and ensure that all processes run in compliance with the law
• As an Import Clerk, you document processes and support your team in process optimizations

Your qualifications:

• As an Import Clerk, you have completed commercial training related to foreign trade or freight forwarding
• You bring sound knowledge of customs and foreign trade law
• As an Import Clerk, you have already gained practical experience in import processing
• You convince through analytical thinking, a precise way of working, and strong communication skills
• As an Import Clerk, you possess good English skills and a confident handling of ERP-Systemen and MS Office
