Senior Versicherungskaufmann bAV (m/f/d) – 80 % Hybrid

Your tasks:

• Administration and advisory of complex bAV contracts in all implementation methods
• Support of major clients and international corporations
• Co-design of projects, e.g., process digitalization
• Creation of specialist evaluations and reports on bAV topics
• Coordination with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• Training as a Versicherungskaufmann/-frau with further training or a degree in the field of insurance
• Several years of experience in the field of betriebliche Altersvorsorge
• Sound knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
• IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
• Strong advisory competence and customer orientation
