Project Manager Events (m/f/d) – Part-time
Your tasks:
- Planning, organization, and implementation of events, conferences, and incentives
- Content-related and creative design and structuring of the entire event sequence
- Creation and production monitoring of event printed matter in the Corporate Design (e.g., banners, roll-ups, invitation cards, programs, menus)
- Coordination of external service providers as well as consulting and selection of moderators and speakers
- Further development and support of the digital event app
- Leading planning meetings and managing relevant interfaces
Your qualifications:
- Completed studies in the field of Eventmanagement, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of Corporate Events
- Project management experience as well as convincing presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge in the design of printed materials for events and trade fairs
- Good English skills in speaking and writing
- Flexible part-time arrangement with 20 hours per week
- Possibility to work up to 50% remote
