Customer Account Manager Industrial Liability Insurance (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Support and processing of commercial liability contracts for industrial and medium-sized business customers
• Development of suitable liability and coverage concepts for industrial risks
• Examination and assessment of risks as well as preparation of tender and offer documents
• Negotiation of contract contents and coverage solutions with customers and insurers
• Support of customer service and the claims department with liability-related questions

Your qualifications:

• Completed training as Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen or a subject-related degree
• Professional experience in supporting commercial or industrial insurance customers
• Good knowledge of liability insurance, especially in industrial or commercial business
• Experience with coverage concepts, tenders, and contract negotiations
• Good English skills as well as confident handling of MS Office and insurance-specific systems
