Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering in QFB, Chemistry, Biomedical, Health, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Office and ERP (desirable).
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality, medical devices, or the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Knowledge of BPA, ISO 9001, NOM-241, and NOM-059.
  • Knowledge of cold chain and medication handling.
  • English reading comprehension.
  • Use of ANSI tables for inspection and quality.
  • Availability to rotate shifts.
  • Focus on quality, regulatory compliance, and attention to detail.

Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
  • Follow up on cold chain processes in transport and storage.
  • Verify BPA compliance through walkthroughs and inspections.
  • Manage deviations, complaints, change controls, and temperature incidents.
  • Prepare reports, indicators, and documentation for the Quality area.
  • Provide support in internal and external audits.
  • Provide training on quality processes and guidelines.
  • Maintain communication with clients on topics related to quality and regulatory compliance.

Schedule:

Mixed with schedule availability

  • First shift: 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday with availability on Saturdays.
