We are looking for freight forwarding apprentices who, just like us, can take pride in delivering solutions to support critical infrastructure in and outside of Europe. Be part of the movement - and play your part About the position As a freight forwarding apprentice at DFDS Logistics, you will gain broad knowledge of, and co-responsibility for, the planning of transport to and from most of Europe. From the customer's inquiry until the goods are delivered. You will help ensure that the transport is carried out to the customer's satisfaction, and you will quickly gain responsibility for ensuring that all deliveries reach the desired destination and at the right time. You will also gain insight and influence in the economic part of the logistical tasks you handle. You will receive a unique 2-year education that provides both an EUD (general freight forwarding education) and an academy profession degree in International Transport and Logistics of 60 ECTS points. We are a global company, where you will subsequently have the opportunity for secondment to other DFDS offices. Additionally, we expect that you: Have completed HHX, STX, or EUX
Are fluent in Danish and English – in writing and speech
Have good experience with Microsoft Office package
Can handle having many balls in the air
Are service-minded and flexible
Are a good colleague who functions in a team, as well as with independent responsibility
Are punctual
