Devire IT Outsourcing is for cooperation dedicated to IT specialists, based on the principles of sole proprietorship – B2B, implementing projects for clients conducting innovative and modern ventures.

For our Client – a producer and distributor of media content and streaming – we are looking for a person for the position of Test Automation Engineer.

Key information:

Remote or hybrid work from the office in Warsaw

Salary: 115-140 PLN/h + VAT B2B via Devire

100% remote work mode (possibility of hybrid work from Warsaw)

Possibility of long-term cooperation with a company in a stable market position

Daily tasks

  • preparing automated test scripts based on provided documentation or information from teams
  • analyzing and preparing data needed to perform automated tests according to developed scenarios
  • running automated tests and reporting test results for ongoing projects according to the established procedure
  • analyzing reports from performed automated tests and reporting bugs according to the established procedure
  • development and maintenance of already created automated test scripts and CI/CD process configurations
  • configuration of the automated test execution environment
  • implementing and developing new methods/methodologies/tools supporting testing processes
  • creating and developing automated test documentation in the form of an electronic Knowledge base

Requirements

min. 4 years of experience in the field of automated testing

higher education (technical fields preferred)

knowledge regarding principles, techniques, and best practices of software testing, types of tests, and tools used to perform tests

very good knowledge of the programming languages Java, TypeScript

very good knowledge of test automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, REST Assured, Allure Report, Jenkins, Maven, Playwright

very good knowledge of version control systems, e.g., Git, Bitbucket, GitLab

very good knowledge of SQL

good knowledge of tools supporting the testing process: JIRA, Confluence, SQL Developer, SoapUI/Postman, Excel

knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies

knowledge of the English language at a level allowing free use of technical documentation and communication in a professional environment

Nice to have

knowledge of AWS, Datadog, Appium environments

ISTQB certificate
