Senior PHP Developer

Devire Outsourcing is a cooperation form dedicated to IT industry specialists, based on the principles of sole proprietorship (B2B), implementing projects for Clients conducting innovative and modern projects.

For our Client - an international technology company providing digital solutions for organizations processing data with a high level of confidentiality and security - we are looking for a person for the position of PHP Developer, who will support the team in the final phase of project implementation.

Cooperation is expected for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Daily tasks

• Participation in rewriting and modernizing the existing legacy system
• Code refactoring according to Clean Architecture principles and good programming practices
• Optimization of code quality, performance, and security
• Cooperation with the Product Owner and the development team
• Utilizing AI tools to accelerate the development process and increase the quality of delivered solutions
• Working on solutions processing sensitive data in accordance with applicable security standards

Requirements

Minimum 3-4 years of commercial experience

Very good knowledge of PHP (Symfony, Doctrine) or Python

Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) as well as SOLID principles and Clean Architecture

Experience in working with legacy systems and refactoring projects

Knowledge of container environments and Kubernetes (kubectl, RBAC, resources)

Experience in working with public or private cloud (OpenStack, AWS, Azure, GCP)

Practical knowledge of Linux, MySQL, Git, and Ansible

Good knowledge of security and access management issues (IAM, OIDC, JWT, IDP)

Knowledge of basic networking technologies, such as SSL, DNS, or bastion hosts

Ability to effectively use AI tools supporting software development

English language at a minimum B2 level

Nice to have:

Experience in cloud-native and open source projects

Knowledge of OpenShift or Magnum

Knowledge of Go language

Experience with TypeScript and React

Experience in environments with high regulatory and data security requirements
