The Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen (DZNE) is a world-leading, internationally oriented research center dedicated to discovering new approaches for the prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
The cross-site studies of the DZNE are supported and coordinated by the Klinische Forschungsplattform (CRP) at the Zentrum für Klinische Forschung in Bonn. Within the clinical research of the DZNE, the CRP provides an organizational framework for the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical trials, as well as the collection of all data and biobanking under standardized conditions.
Scientific Project Manager (m/f/d) in Clinical Research

Project management of DZNE clinical trials in all phases Planning and preparation of the necessary documents for submission to CTIS incl. Medical Writing, coordination and implementation of clinical trials in cooperation with the scientific lead of the clinical trial Technical processing of contracts within the framework of DZNE clinical trials Familiarity with all regulatory processes as well as national and international guidelines and the associated requirements according to ICH-GCP, CTR, AMG / MDR Preparation of the regular reports required under CTR Close cooperation with the administrative departments of the DZNE for the implementation of clinical trials Close cooperation with other areas of the Klinische Forschungsplattform within the framework of clinical trials, such as Data-Management, Quality Management, and Trial Design Organizational and scientific support for further project applications
You have a university degree in a scientific field, preferably in natural sciences or Life Sciences, or in the Master's program Clinical Trial Management You have experience with clinical trials according to AMG/MDR and are familiar with CTIS Professional experience in project management or research management is a prerequisite You have very good English skills and are proficient in electronic image, text, and data processing Personally, you are characterized by very good teamwork and communication skills, as well as your ability to work independently, as well as initiative, flexibility, and organizational skill
