We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst colleague who will support our client in the analysis, optimization, and further development of business processes. In this role, you can work at the connection points between business needs and technical solutions, and participate in projects from planning to implementation. Tasks Analysis, optimization, and identification of development opportunities for business processes Collection, analysis, and documentation of business needs and requirements Preparation and conduct of Stakeholder workshops Creation of Use cases and process models Data analysis and preparation of reports Supporting the development of technical solutions based on business requirements Maintaining contact and cooperation between the client and internal professional teams Supporting projects from concept development to implementation
