At the earliest possible date, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Weimar.
What to expect
- Receipt and factual verification of customer orders in all usual forms and entry into SAP
- Coordination with customers, if necessary after consultation with the responsible sales representative
- Creation of order confirmations
- Monitoring and checking of incoming orders, documentation and internal communication, acting as a link between customers and internal departments to ensure optimal order processing
- Creation of invoices
- Participation in the creation of statistics and internal company evaluations
- Instruction of new employees
- Application of QM regulations
What you bring with you
- Commercial or position-related vocational training
- At least 2 years of practical experience
- Knowledge in the commercial processing of project development in the automotive sector is an advantage, or an interest in quickly learning these skills
- Confident handling of SAP and MS-Office
- High organizational skills
