Rider Payments Optimization Specialist

We have an opportunity for you; we are looking for a Rider Payments Optimization Specialist to drive the continuous improvement of the rider fleet performance in LATAM. What challenges await you? Define the regional strategy for the payments value proposition, analyzing rider and competitor behavior to optimize retention and availability.
Design and optimize dynamic payment schemes, ensuring a competitive structure for riders and a sustainable one for the operation.
Lead regional delivery cost projections and planning, evaluating their impact on the profit and loss (P&L) statement together with the Finance area.
Establish regional frameworks and best practices for the continuous optimization of fleet monetization mechanisms.
Lead the payment user experience within the rider application, improving the usability and transparency of earnings, balances, and tips.
What do we expect from you? Completed university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related fields.
Previous professional experience in strategy, financial planning, performance analysis, pricing, or product analytics.
Advanced and autonomous mastery of SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (experience in Python, R, or digital product will be valued).
Hands-on experience in developing cost models, tracking financial/operational KPIs, and end-to-end quantitative analysis.
Advanced English language level (oral and written) for daily communication and work with global teams.
