Just as no two of our couriers are the same, no two days in this position are the same either. Your main task will be telephone communication with (prospective and already contracted) courier partners. You can do all this in a flexible schedule among helpful colleagues who are always ready to answer your questions. What is the job about? Telephone outreach, relationship management, and information gathering of our courier partners

Performing administrative tasks, data entry

Participation in back-end processes related to courier partners

Assisting partners who are stuck during the application process via email or telephone

Active full-time student status

Experience gained in a call center is an advantage

Good communication skills

Organization, precision

Minimum 20 hours of work per week

Active, intermediate English language skills

Tolerance for monotony, precise work execution
