• Overall responsibility for the establishment, management, and strategic further development of the sales organization
• Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as development of a team of approximately 17 employees
• Independent resource and capacity planning to ensure long-term achievement of sales targets
• Development, communication, and implementation of the sales strategy within the area of responsibility
• Analysis of market and competitive situations as well as derivation of suitable sales measures
• Goal- and KPI-oriented management of sales to ensure sustainable growth

Support and strategic further development of a significant customer portfolio as well as professional pipeline management (CIS)

• Responsibility for the sales development of a business volume of approx. 250 million Euro, including analysis of relevant sales and quality KPIs
• Training in the freight forwarding/logistics sector or a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Language skills: English
• Sound specialist experience
• Relevant leadership experience
