• You carry out the dispatching of local transport drivers.
• You are responsible for monitoring the second tours.
• You support the collection disposition in daily business and undertake general administrative tasks.
• You receive collection orders and enter them into the system.
• You undertake the notification of shipments in customer portals and with commercial recipients.
• You ensure the digitalization of documents / roll cards.
• You work with the yard management program Yard-Management.

• You have completed commercial training - ideally as a Kaufmann (m/w/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung and / or possess professional experience in LKW-Disposition of a Spedition.
• You are proficient in using common MS Office applications.
• Ideally, you have initial preliminary knowledge of vehicle types and loading possibilities as well as driving time regulations.
• You have good geographical knowledge.
• You bring good English skills in speaking and writing.
• You convince through your careful and conscientious way of working.
• You appear polite and professional.
