Tasks

• You are the competent contact person for our customers and partners.
• You independently and responsibly process all incoming inquiries, complaints, and discrepancies via telephone and written correspondence.
• You are an active part of error analysis and process improvement.
• You are the interface between local transport, the transshipment hall, our local transport drivers, and other DACHSER branches.
• You are the contact person for our local transport vehicles in case of delivery problems and process delivery notes and roll cards.
• You are co-responsible for maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• You have completed vocational training as a Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or another commercial training.
• Ideally, you have professional experience in a freight forwarding company.
• You have good English skills.
• You can use MS Office applications confidently.
• You convince through your commitment and personality, possess organizational talent, and work with an absolute service orientation.
• You count teamwork, resilience, and assertiveness among your strengths.
• You possess a high level of customer orientation.
