- Dispatching of national and international shipments within the DACHSER network
- Organization of charter traffic with the greatest possible cost-benefit effect
- Dispatching of groupage, partial, and complete loads, and if necessary, individual shipments, while observing pickup and delivery dates from economic and qualitative perspectives
- Purchasing of loading space
- Contact person for customers, partners, and drivers // Link between dispatching, handling, and loading
- Creation of the required transport documents
- Loading coordination with the Transit Terminal and Order Entry
- Transport price calculation for daily prices
- Monitoring of shipment progress with proactive information and reaction in case of deviations
- Vocational training: Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung or comparable qualification
- Good knowledge of the regulations for driving and rest times
- Geographical knowledge
- English language in spoken and written form
- Strong assertiveness, resilience, and strong communication skills
