Your tasks:
- Support for project management and tracking of Defect Management Software & E/E
- Presentation of the defect situation in dashboards and in management documents (MS Powerpoint, MS Excel)
- Communication with defect resolution managers and ticket assignees
- Operation of reporting systems as well as preparation of documents and overviews
- Reliable monitoring of all deadlines
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable training with a specialization in Software and E/E
- Confident handling of Defect Management systems such as STARC, JIRA, ZEUS, etc.
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge in handling/creating dashboards (data analysis/statistics)
- Business fluent English in speaking and writing
