The new department is responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of the Defense's IT systems. The department is seeking a Senior systemkoordinator who will be an important part of our team and contribute to ensuring that our systems function optimally while meeting the needs of the Defense and withstanding today's risk landscape. Tasks Assist the system manager within the department's assigned system portfolio Procure, manage, and phase out approved configurations Ensure the preparation and maintenance of documentation for the assigned information system Ensure that technical requirements are met by users Contribute to ensuring that IKT-systemer are managed in an optimal way with respect to factors such as technical performance, availability, and total economy from a life-cycle perspective Contribute to relevant and timely IKT-løsninger Contribute to management and agile work teams Define requirements and follow up on system deliveries Participate in teamwork regarding security clearance of the Defense's information systems Management and further development of classified and unclassified information systems with cross-classification services and connections to the systems of national and allied nations Responsible for material management, including procurement and disposal in management Administratively and professionally responsible for DevOps teams with a high focus on Infrastructure-as-Code and automation Product owner for ServiceNow within data-driven GRC/security clearance based on NIST 800-53 R5 Product owner for generative KI within data-driven operations and experiential learning Qualifications Bachelor's or 3-year degree from a university/college within a relevant field (IT) Minimum 5 years of experience from management and/or development of complex IT infrastructure solutions Experience working with complex IKT-systemer Good written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English You must be able to be security cleared for Strengt Hemmelig/COSMIC TOP SECRET before commencement. For more information about security clearance, see http://www.nsm.no Desirable qualifications: Master's degree in a relevant field Experience from management and/or development of complex IT infrastructure solutions Good knowledge of the defense sector and NATO Knowledge of agile working methods (Lean and SAFE methodologies) Experience working with general IT platforms (including operating systems, networks, and services) Relevant experience in information system security Experience working in DevOps teams with a high focus on Infrastructure-as-Code and automation Experience with ServiceNow and NIST 800-53 R5 Experience with generative KI within data-driven operations and experiential learning Personal qualities You are professionally curious and like to stay updated Good ability to present and communicate information Good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently You are engaged and show a high degree of integrity Personal suitability will be emphasized.
